Payment and Refunds

  • Payment in USD via PayPal/ Payoneer/ Monobank/ Privat24

  • 100% payment after an approved sketch. I will not start colouring without payment

  • A refund is not possible after the artwork is completed

  • All adjustments on the sketch stage are free

  • You can make 3 free adjustments to the finished artwork

  • Extra small adjustments cost $5 (larger adjustments might cost more)

How to order

  • We are discussing general details of what you want to see in the artwork (the characters and background). Also, there are deadlines and price. Please provide good references if possible!

  • If we agree with everything, I start sketching. You can make any adjustments at this stage until you are satisfied with the result

  • When you approve the sketch, you will have to pay the full price of this artwork. Only after that I will start colouring and rendering.

  • I am sending you the progress of the process

  • At the end, you will get the file with the artwork to your email. You can also get a speedpaint of the process, so if you want one, please let me know at the beginning!
